ABOUT RESERVOIR
Dave and his crew built Reservoir Distillery and became the third distillery outside of Kentucky to distill and release bourbon following Prohibition.
They love Virginia – love their farmers and their grains, the trees that make the barrels, and the climate that ages the spirit. Somewhere along the way, because of how they make whiskey, they discovered they were answering a very important question:
What does Virginia taste like?
The answer? Pretty damn good.
